Return window
You have 7 days from the day your parcel is delivered to request a return. Tell us within that period by phone, email or WhatsApp, quoting your order number.
Condition of returned items
- Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging, with any tags still attached.
- Sets and gift boxes must be returned complete.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings, innerwear, cosmetics and opened personal care items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or faulty.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If something arrives broken, faulty or is not what you ordered, send us a photograph within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the item or refund it in full, including the delivery charge. You do not need to return a broken piece.
How to start a return
- Contact us with your order number and a short note about the problem.
- We confirm the return and either arrange collection or give you a return address.
- Once the item reaches us it is checked, usually within 2 working days.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days of the returned item reaching us and passing inspection.
- Payments made by card or mobile banking are refunded to the same account or card used for the order.
- Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bKash, Nagad or bank transfer to an account you confirm with us.
- Once we release a refund, your bank or wallet provider may take a few additional days to show it. That part is outside our control.
Return delivery charges
If the return is because of our error, a damaged item or a wrong item sent, we cover the return delivery cost. If you change your mind, the return delivery cost is yours.
Order cancellation
You can cancel an order at no cost any time before it is handed to the courier. Contact us as soon as possible. If it has already been dispatched, treat it as a return once it arrives.
