Delivery timeline
Orders are packed by hand and checked against the order before they are sealed. Orders placed before 4pm on a working day are normally dispatched the same day.
- Inside Dhaka: delivered within 5 working days. Most orders arrive in 1 to 2 working days.
- Outside Dhaka: delivered within 10 working days. Most orders arrive in 2 to 4 working days.
Working days are Saturday to Thursday, excluding government holidays. During Eid and other peak periods, delivery can take longer, and we will tell you if that affects your order.
Delivery charges
The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay, and depends on the delivery area and the courier selected. Orders above the free delivery threshold shown at checkout are delivered at no charge.
Delivery areas
We deliver across Bangladesh through established courier partners. If your address is outside a courier's regular service area, we will contact you to arrange an alternative before dispatch.
Tracking your order
You receive a tracking number as soon as the courier collects your parcel. You can also check progress at any time using the order tracking page with your order number and phone number.
Receiving your parcel
- Please check the parcel in front of the delivery person where possible.
- If the packaging is visibly damaged, photograph it before opening and tell us within 48 hours.
- Someone must be available at the delivery address on the day. Couriers normally attempt delivery twice before returning a parcel to us.
Failed or refused delivery
If a parcel is returned to us because nobody was available or delivery was refused, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A further delivery charge may apply.

Contact us with your order number using the details on our contact page and we will check the status with the courier.
Returns and refunds
If something is not right, you have 7 days from delivery to ask for a return, and approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days of the item reaching us. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded in full, including delivery, when you send us a photograph within 48 hours.
