What we collect
Your name, delivery address, phone number and email address — the minimum needed to get an order to you. If you create an account we also store a hashed version of your password.

What we never do
We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with anyone beyond the courier carrying your parcel and the payment provider handling your transaction.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your bag between visits and to keep you signed in. Analytics cookies are used only to understand which pages people find useful.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, or ask us to delete it, by writing to hello@homeandharmony.com.bd. We will act within 30 days.
Payment security
Online card and mobile banking payments are processed by SSLCOMMERZ, a payment gateway licensed by Bangladesh Bank. When you choose to pay online you are taken to SSLCOMMERZ secure servers to enter your payment details.
- We never see, handle or store your full card number, PIN, CVV or mobile banking password.
- Card data is handled by the gateway under the PCI DSS security standard.
- Our site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, so information you send to us travels encrypted.
- We keep only what we need to identify your payment against your order, such as a transaction reference, the amount, the date and the payment method.
If you pay cash on delivery, no payment details are collected on this website at all.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies to keep the site working. These remember your shopping bag between pages, keep you signed in to your account, and protect forms against cross site request forgery. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block them, the shopping bag and sign in will not work.
Sharing your information
We share your name, address and phone number with the courier delivering your order, and the details needed to take a payment with our payment gateway. We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to any other third party for marketing.
